Didn't ride to work today. Amy had the day off, so I took advantage and got a ride. Probably ride the rollers for an hour tonight. Off-season training officially started yesterday with the 'Frigid 10'. Up the riding and cut out the junkfood, the keys to a successful off-season. I'll probably start going back to the gym and lifting after the new year because I need to re-up my CU membership. The only good thing about being an alumni is that you get a good discount on their facilities.
