Down 4 lbs. this week. Have to keep going and stay motivated. Also, picked these up at Finish Line. I split the side out of my running shoes this afternoon during my mile run. Which I accomplished in 8:30 today. That's :30 seconds off of earlier this week, but most of that is just because I am getting used to running again. Oh well...onward and upward.
