3 hours in Ponca and the Hummel Park area, and I'm SHELLED. I have absolutely nothing left. Finished it out with a race up cuming street headed west. He won obviously because he is in better shape, but not by as much as he would have earlier in the year. I am definetly getting better. I just don't want to burn myself out before next year. Found this picture of Jay and it made me laugh. Don't remember saving them on my computer, but they are there and need to be seen by the masses. Sucks that Indian Caves was cancelled, my buddy Chad Williams was going to race and do a little camping. Oh well, there is always next year.
