NCA Gran Prix

Well you have your good days and your bad days. Today was a little bit of both. When I woke up this morning my legs didn't feel all that great, and I was a little tired. Found out when I went to sign in that after all the confusion yesterday I ended up getting 2nd in the State Championship. That was pretty cool, but gives me plenty of room to build upon. The guy that won, Ellis, is a good guy, so I'm pretty happy that he won and he also got 3rd in the race. I was 5th in the crit this morning, but I missed the move to the winning breakaway and burned up all my energy trying to bridge the gap, but I didn't quit and I stayed with the group and did chase down one breakaway. Oh well, tomorrow is another day, and now my concentration turns to next season, and the high goals that I have set for myself. I regret that I could not stay for the afternoon races. My girlfriend was not feeling well, and I was very tired so we decided to head home. Hopefully you did well Peter. Let me know how things went.
