Sorry for the delay, I've been a little busy. Super Sale is here and I'm pretty excited to get some customers and get them outfitted for the spring/summer. Been riding as much as I can, not as much as I should, but it will work itself out. Haven't had much sleep the past two weeks, but I'm still losing weight and increasing stamina, and that is all that matters.

Do you at least have a couple of days where you can sleep later?

4-5 a night and maybe an hour during the day, but that's not likely.

That's not cool. Don't overload yourself. Stuff sneaks up on you when you're not sleeping enough. After about four days of 4-5 hours of sleep, my body starts getting cranky.

Random question: do you have the Lance II shoes? If so, do you like them?
