Even though this has been around about a month or so. I haven't gotten around to posting it. This is the new Shadow XTR rear derailleur for 2008. Pretty cool to see Shimano making steps in the carbon fiber department. Most have seen the carbon cranks they had at the Dauphine and the tour. Can't wait to see some carbon levers. Hopefully 2009 Shimano will come out with some cool road stuff.
